StarConnect Solutions offers three network packages (Essential, Performance, Premium) combined with Starlink satellite connectivity. Services include site assessment, hardware installation, network configuration, and ongoing maintenance as defined in individual client contracts.
Starlink connectivity is billed per unit at 100 to 120 AED per month or 1,200 to 1,400 AED per year. Minimum commitment is one year. Network package pricing is provided on a project-by-project basis upon request. All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Service agreements have a minimum duration of one year. Starlink connectivity can be activated within one hour and deactivated in less than one hour. Early termination fees may apply as specified in individual contracts.
Standard installation takes one to two weeks. StarConnect Solutions provides all necessary hardware and cabling. The client must ensure site access and electrical supply. Installation timelines are estimates and may vary based on site conditions.
StarConnect Solutions warrants that installations will be performed to professional standards. Network performance depends on factors including Starlink satellite availability, building structure, and local interference. StarConnect Solutions is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers, natural events, or circumstances beyond its control.
